it looks like a plugin, try running without plugins, only rustedit.dll

It is, however found a bunch of pothole areas that has water you cant see.

 That one is in N24 but there are many.

This is due to the game update. The map has been updated for this patch in version 1.2

Ok sorry was just letting you know, also we noticed, and maybe intentional but a few buildings that have card access have broken glass and you can take from the crates without using a card and going inside.
