Vending Machines Locked From Buying

It seems that locked vending machines don't let you shop at them. You get an error "It is blocked..." in chat and cannot access the store. Seems like it is just code locks. Key locks seem to work fine.

Hi, in theory the current version of the plugin allows you to buy, but now I'll do some testing. I'll update you shortly

I did the tests and everything works, you must have the latest version of the plugin, 0.9.82

Changed Status from Pending to Not a Bug

I do have the latest version. Players were not able to access vending machines. I turned off the plugin and they were able to access them. Any other suggestions?

I did the same test with another person and he manages to access the vending machine and buy. Use Code Lock, not Key Lock, as the plugin is configured to work with Code Locks.

Could you send me a video of what happens when they try to buy? if a friend of yours can make the video of you, you clearly don't have to be in the same clan.

I haven't had a chance to make a video yet. But here is the console output, no errors.

You use Carbon, so there might be a problem there. I'll do some new tests later on the Carbon framework.
I thought you were using Oxide.

or done some tests and it works without problems even on carbom, here is a video where you can see it:

I believe you have some plugin that conflicts with this.
I can fix it on your server by trying to debug, but I need to be able to access FTP to upload the various changes to be made to the plugin for testing and the possibility of reloading the plugin.

Otherwise I can't do anything, you have to find the plugin that is giving you problems and conflicts

These are not actual errors but just warnings, so please ignore them.
If you tell me how to reproduce the problem I will do some tests

i cant make a short enough video to be under the file size limit, but we are having the same issue on a fresh wipe

again, code lock placed can't access vending machine, turn off ultimate locker and then can access vending machine

we are also now having a problem where we cannot place key locks on certain items like vending machines, refineries, minis, etc.

I just tried this on my dev server with way fewer plugins and had the same result. Can't access vending machines and can't place key locks on many items. Not sure what you are testing on, but definitely able to duplicate on multiple servers.

My plugin doesn't support KeyLocks, so if it makes you put keylocks, then it means you have another plugin interfering.
Get a clean install of umod and you'll see that it works. It works on my carbon server, as well as on other people who bought it.

Unfortunately I can't do anything, the only solution, I repeat, is to have FTP access and have the command to reload the plugin, so that I can debug.

The development machine is fine too, it doesn't have to be the production game server

Why would you disable key locks from your plugin? Who asked for that feature? It ruins a perfectly good plugin, I don't understand.

I will consider server access, but first we need to address this issue.

The keylock had never been present, it was a bug, as the description says the plugin only works with Code Locks.
Key Lock support will be added later, but it will be a very long change.
Previously you could put Key Locks due to a bug in the plugin.
