Problem with the large warehouse on this map

Hi, I have been running the map not for over a week and after a rocky start its working relatively well, however, my players are reporting an issue with the Large Warehouse following through what seems to be happening...

The fuse is placed in the fuse box behind the portacabin which opens the green door;

The fuse is then added to the fuse box inside the room with the green door, but it does not activate the red door so it can't be opened, am I missing something with the puzzle? Or is there an issue with it?

Any help would be appreciated.
