Attack heli not shooting minigun only rockets?

Any idea why the attack heli does not shoot the minigun, it only shoots rockers at players? 
We do not use any other plugins to control attack heli, so not sure why there would be a conflict. any advice would be appreciated.

This is impossible, unless you have a config error or another plugin is conflicting and preventing heli gun fire. Upload your config file here for me to check if you like.

Bro.. ignore this, the server I'm hosting on has an option to disable heli mini guns.... not exactly sure why you would even have that option, but it's 100% not the plugin fault.
