please help

Hi this is the most stupidest question/comment I could probably ask/type..

I can't get the give command to work..

Is there something I am doing wrong?

How do you use it and what u get in reply.

Hi sorry to open this support ticket back up, but I was just wondering if I've done something wrong as I can't grant no perms as it's not coming up in my perms list, which is probably why the give command isn't working1? 

any help appreciated

Have u tried to grant perm without menu?

it just keeps saying unknown command: sentryturrets.give so i'm not sure what to do  !!

Are you sure plugin is loaded? run o.plugins command and send output here.

Are you running this command in console?

I tried the o.plugins command as a chat command and it did absolutely nothing so I had to do it in the console part but it was very accurate because I checked it against all the plugins I have in the server!!

But I tried the sentryturrets.give command in both also and it still says the same thing!! 

So I'm still unsure of what to do!!

Can you not just add a perm bit to this plugin so it makes it easier for the other admins that use this plugin as well?

The next problem is that a helicopter doesn't take any damage at all, which makes the game no fun at all. Does this need to be set somewhere?

Patrol helicopter? It takes damage, if you have config setup correctly and no other plugin conflicts with it.

It is a helicopter called from the Personal Helicopter plugin. What settings do you have to set so that it takes damage?
