upgrading from link v1 to v2 issues

when i add the new database file it wipes all my linked players and i tried running the /synce command on discord with my data of linked players from ingame and it wont work it keeps timing out the command

its giving me this after adding some linked players

Your server isn't connected

 its working now but i had 120 people linked and now its only 85

If it can't gather their current steam info, it won't link them. Or if they no longer meet the linking requirements
