Scrap Exploit

I am not sure if this is something I messed up in the config or if this is the default, but I have players who are reporting when you take scrap out of the TC for the offline protection they are getting double or more than they put in.

I had one player that was able to get 170,000 scrap on a 2x server

They put the scrap into the TC and put in as much as they have on hand, close and re-launch Rust, get back into the server, then refund the scrap and they get more than what they put in.

Hey, can you confirm you have the latest version of Raid protection installed?

Ill upload the new version, but I don't think you made that sort of change in the version difference

There was an issue that I fixed with 3.4.7 that allowed players with certain macro hacks installed to duplicate scrap. So hopefully that was the problem you were experiencing and it should be fixed now that you're on 3.4.7. Let me know if you're seeing it again.. also feel free to reach out to me on my discord (link on plugin page) if you see something like that again.
