Hello,

We've been trying to get the plugin to load on our server to no avail. We've set the UI to load when the user pops into the server but that doesn't show. The command is accepted (/info) without any error prompted, but that doesn't work either. Tried adding you through DM on discord a short while ago but haven't gotten an add. We would appreciate some support in figuring out why it won't load. Thanks.
