Set the time correctly

Hello, I need help setting the time correctly. I have a Central European time zone on my server. I would like the raid protection to be active from 12 midnight until 4 p.m. the next morning. Can you tell me how to set it up correctly? Attached are the config settings. Thanks

Deactivate would be 12 AM and reactivate would be 4 PM
