Missing information pre purchase

Essential information was missing when I bought this plugin, the signs will not save on a normal gen map that changes location of prefabs, it will only work if said prefabs are in the exact location of the previous map.
I want to request a refund since the plugin was not usefull for me and the information was incomplete at the time.

What have you been doing for two weeks and now you're asking for a refund?

If you had contacted me on the 3rd, I would understand and give you a refund, but I don't understand why you want a refund now after 2 weeks have passed.
