Cargo Error Glitched Mid ocean with no crates

Hi again,

So Cargo had the same issue again today in  nearly the same spot, and this time it ended up spawning a second instance of cargo at the same time. please see image attached 

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

I tried to repeat this bug... but everything is fine for me and there are no problems... I think this is because of the plugins, maybe try removing unnecessary plugins that are responsible for cargo. Or remove all plugins altogether and check.
