How I Can add a mini Heli for my users ? so they can buy it using eco ?

Hey, in Shop you can sell server commands. You would need plugin which can give vehicles to players.

This one for example https://umod.org/plugins/portable-vehicles

portablevehicles.give {steamid} minicopter
