Carbon giving error

Hi when i reload i am getting this error in carbon.

Try to restart serever it should help, if not let me know

I did restart and gives me the same error...

Then i see it does not speed up my furnaces. Not sure what i must look at.

Can it be because i did transition from oxide to carbon. I did not do a fresh install with the server, I am at a provider it does give me the option to redo server but it preserves my save, meaning that oxide folder was there and it copy plugins over to carbon folder?

Do other plugins work properly?
