Ping Issue with map

When I use this map my ping jumps up on my server to 300 - 600 or sometimes 900 when I use a default map that doesnt happen this happen when I use the custom map is there a recommend specs for this map?

Hi. The map cannot affect the ping of the server, this is the first time I've heard this. There are no requirements for the map
