i do restart 04:55 and i got only 5 sec why

can i fix that

that happen when i open console and write

restart 04:55 

and when i write 

restart 50000

can u fix the issue pls or let me know what the issue is

04:55, 16:45, 23:00, etc are times for the scheduler, set in the configuration.

To restart server with the command - restart time_sec description - restart 300 M_WIPE_MAP

how i can let that do wipe restart ?

i need daily wipe to my server with message Daily Restart and i want the effect be enable when 60 sec come

i was do "23:00" restart 300 and when i restart server and join my server i hear the effect tick all time i just need when 60 sec come the tick effect be enable

If you want the tick effect to be only in the first 60 seconds, and then just a UI with no effect, you can't do that.
