Error when I try to node app.js

HI I purchased this today and I am having issues when I run node app.js 
RCON Connection for server at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxxx has been disconnected.
C:\Users\ukjng\Downloads\Discord2Skinbox1.1.6\node_modules\@discordjs\ws\dist\index.js:1132
          error: new Error("Used disallowed intents")

Could you please advise why this is happening ? I have RCON running in Experimental mode as if I don't my server will not accept a restart command from my providers web tools.

 

Kind of fixed the issue above was because my RCON was not working in WebRcon mode, once I fixed that everything appears to be working, but it still won't add skins to my server.  However I am  getting an error as noted below when I try to add a skin manually via Rcon, any suggestions ?

Skin xxxxxxxxxxxx did not return code 200 on request
