the config not changing when i change the cooldown timer on fire rate

i changed the cool down timer in seconds to 0.5 as that is the fastest you can fire it without it killing you this worked for a while but then the config disconnects from the plugin resetting it to 5 s and if i reload the plugin it dose not change from 5 second even if i change the config but i know it works as ive had it running and used it in game

so its been changed to a int . witch cant be a desimal 1 sec is the lowest you can go
