when server was counting down to restart, it never restarted but threw this error a few times

I didn't no but have now. thank you, but now I have a new problem, I typed "restart 300 test" on CONSOLE, this is what showed up in game

it should be counting down from 5 mins,, it should be 4 min 58 sec.. but its broken somehow
