Locked crate timer not working

I set the timer to 300 sec. but it opened instantly. Also in the CargPlaneCrash plugin.

I cant test it right now on a clean server.

But a saw that all the other crates are on the timer i set in the server startup. It is also set to 300.
Can i also test this when i deactivate all the other plugins maybe?
