    I just purchased this and the addons plugin.
    Then 5 minutes later, I find the extended version on rustplugins...
    Is this the latest? Or what is what? I would like a refund for both if this isn't the latest please.

    What you bought here is latest version. What you found on my personal website is basically different plugin (experimental version) which does pretty much same thing. 
    Also version from my site is not available for public, only vetted people can get access to it.
