Building damage

Players are able to damge other players bases! How do i turn  set this so they can't, I seen player_building in the ruleset, is it supposed to be red or green?

If you set HonorBuildingPrivilege to enabled (green) it should prevent it.  The reason for the player_building rule is to allow players to damage their own buildings.  The use case for that is probably small (pre-TC twig destruction).  Or, you can disable the player_building rule.  If it appears in the default ruleset it is enabled.  Click any of the exceptions to select it again to disable it (orange).

I don't see Honor building privilege in my list green red or blue any where, is that why they can damage buildings? and how do i add that rule, thanks

It is a flag that appears at the right side on the main page - not in the ruleset.
