Plugin doesn't create a config file

Hey, the plugin doesn't create a config file.

Just bought it this night, so its the latest version and a fresh install.

Will you work on an update?

I'll check the plugin tomorrow and fix it if necessary.

Sorry for the inconveniences, I'll fix it as soon as possible

The last update of Rust broke my plugin and I have to rewrite it so it will takes some time. I'll do my best to finish it today! I'm sorry!
