I'm getting error of "Error while compiling BanLockup: 'StorageContainer' does not contain a definition for 'dropChance' and no accessible extension method 'dropChance' accepting a first argument of type 'StorageContainer' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) | Line: 109, Pos: 48" in compilation process.

Hi, I think that error is from a different plugin.

Try:
Drop this plugin in your plugins folder.
Edit the config file and add your webhook.
On console: o.reload DiscordBanNotification.
Make sure it's working by testing it on your account with a kick.
