Option to set crate hack timer

    Is there or can there be an option to set the amount of time the crate lock takes to hack?    My server default config is set to 15 seconds for hackable crates but for some reason, this plugin does not follow that and has a 15 MINUTE timer to open the crate.

    ALSO:  The Chinook is dropping the Bradley and timed crate in the middle of the ocean even though I have the configuration set to not drop over water.   This doesn't kill the Bradley but does kill the NPC's that spawn with it.  So, someone swimming underwater exploring innocently could get wiped out by an unexpected underwaters Bradley!

    The plugin is currently being updated. Everything works fine for me. You can unload all plugins and only load this one and check it out!
