Support for Discord messages?

Hey,

It's a very nice plugin, it helped me a lot!

I want to ask if you can add an option to send discord messages for every image that is added to a sign on the server like the plugin SignArtist?
I don't know if it is a standalone plugin or a plugin that needs the SignArtist plugin. Still, I tried in the SignArtist the feature of the Discord messages and I added an image with your sign command and it doesn't send the Discord messages to my Discord channel.

I would love for this option to exist in the plugin, Thanks
