Importing kits multiple times produces multiple copies in WP

Thank you for this lovely welcome panel. It's much better than the previous one I'd been using. The look is sharp and stylish. Love it.

Just a small bit that maybe could be improved. When importing kits with the wpkits_import command, the WP Kits addon will create duplicate kits. It would be nice if it could act on the fact that the imported kit is a duplicate (which is clearly knows since it tells me that in chat) and not create a duplicate. It would be extra nice if the import could update the existing kit automatically.

To clarify, this gets fixed automatically after reloading the plugin. The Kits addon is NOT creating duplicate config entries. What's happening is that the Kits addon at server runtime keeps appending the duplicate kits to the list in memory. It can be fixed with a plugin reload, but no changes get made to the kits.
