Icon uploads, but when trying to load in game with a custom item, it doesn't load.

Hey, I'm using this plugin to upload custom icons to use with the ganja plugin, but when I assign an item the skin ID, it gives the default item picture.

All the images I have made for this were created & exported in 256x256.

This would mean the file is to big in file size, steam has a max file size of 3mb for uploads.
