Halloween Train

Love the armored train plugin.. The Halloween train seems to have physics issues however that lags the server very badly. I have tried balancing the Speed and force but cant seem to get the train running smooth enough not to lag the server and cause stutter. Any ideas?

Hi. What is your fps server during the train Event?

I think it's a display problem on your computer. Due to the huge number of objects in one place (preset train_halloween), the computer cannot process it

Solutions to the problem:
replace locomotive_halloween with locomotive_new or locomotive_turret for train_halloween

locomotive_turret or locomotive_default have the least impact on performance among locomotives.

If that doesn't help, remove halloween_wagon from this train preset. It also has a significant impact on performance

This is my first experiment with so many objects moving at the same time. Next time I will try to use fewer of them)

its doing the same thing for me

the whole train is just lagging, im not but the train is for some strange reason

its also effecting the ability to reload when in the vicinity of the train

can confirm the mentioned problems. 

We have the same problem since i updated the plugin this morning. Server fps goes vom around 160 to 4-7 in a matter of 2 hours

Try using the locomotive_turret preset instead of locomotive_halloween.

This is due to the fact that train_halloween contains a huge number of glowing objects. And not every server is able to withstand it.

I can add an option to disable the glow of furnance and boilers. This will help to significantly reduce the effect on performance.

Can we please have a OFF or /false  selection for the Halloween please? I prefer not to lag out from it, thank you much
