Feature suggestions

Hey,

I would like to see in the plugin a feature for setting an item with skin ID to be a balance like the scraps or economics.
It will help everyone that sets in thier server the paper to cash. 

another thing is to support economics negative balance, which will be a feature that instead of giving money per kill or gather or open, it will be even an option for taking money per kill, suicide, gather, and so on... with this feature, the economics negative balance can be in use by regular players and they will get a negative balance without any admins that do the withdraw command on them.
