Spot unable to build.

the issue is that you can't build, it says "you cannot build here", as if it's in a blocked area. Funny thing is, the player was able to build 1 or two layers. When they try to add more, that's when they are getting blocked. This is in V10, near the bottom middle.

Changed Status from Pending to Closed
