Can I Configure That The Event Starts All 6 Hours?

I'm not sure what you mean, are you referring to wanting to keep the vehicles around for six hours or you want the event to start every 6 hours?

So if we set in to 24 ("hourDelay": 24) it wont automatically start at all? Id rather time execute the command to start it when I want it to start.

I'm not sure what you're asking. If you configure it to be 24, it will start every 24 hours. If you set it to 1, it will start every 1 hour. If you want to disable automatic event starting, setting the value to 0 should do the trick. I'm probably not going to add a command that times it because it is already a configurable value in the config file. I might be misunderstanding you though, can you elaborate?
