How do you use this plugin to combine outpost and bandit ?

Hey, sorry for the late repley, this isnt a plugin, this is a prefab, you can add it while using rust edit by adding it too the custom prefabs folder of rust edit, the only plugin it uses is the rust edit one, and just for better light.
