HV rockets not triggering response

The damage threshold is not triggering when players use HV rockets on Bradley, so no grenades, incin rockets, etc. are being thrown out at players however, it works as intended when players use explosive ammo on the tank. (most players will use HV rockets to destroy Bradley)

they work as intended the treshold is like 5%
