1. I seem to be getting a lot of floating Recyclers. 
If players try to recycle items on top of the dome, you can see the recycler inside it. See image

2. Is it possible to make it so players have to be in building privilege area to use /recycle
3. Is it possible for the recycler sound to be used when players click Turn On
