Cannot withdraw ally invite and missing button for leaving

the command and the UI cancel button for withdrawing an ally invite does not work

Also for all commands there are an equivalent UI button, except for leaving a clan as a member, there is no button for this (if implemented either show a confirm box or have the user tick a checkbox before enabling the leave button.
