this event does not seem to be working?  if i try the command to try to start it , it says not "you do not have permission to use this command", i don't see any permissions in the manager?  I am admin on the server but still does not work?  any suggestions?

Hi Type the admin command in console:  oxide.grant group admin trainevent.admin

now am getting this in the server log

[TrainYardEvent] Monument not found.
