up all fractional cost

up all is 20% the actual cost, no way to change this in the config and completely broke. 

Yeah, I confirmed this same issue with the latest version 1.5.14. 1 stone wall cost 300 vanilla and when I do /up all 2 to upgrade just one wall to stone it only cost 60 so this would be only 20% of the normal cost.

I would really like a way to change this to vanilla prices if possible.

Seems to still be having a cost issue upgrade all and now to add insult to the pile, when using skined items now it requires wood for whatever upgrade you do  honestly it's kind of a fun game each update of this mod to check if the upgrade stuff is fixed as I did enjoy the mod and would like to have it back on the servers. Its great, you can convert a full stone base into a full HQM base instantly with only wood (also only takes 50 wood at that!)
