Wipecycle reset new Date ?

Hi,

i try to Update my Wipe Date:

I insert a new cooldown timer:

and reload each plugin:

oxed.relaod *

and also:

WPWipeCycle.cs

WelcomePanel.cs

but timer is each time the same. where is my error?
