Helicopter does not die

After the player kills the helicopter at the large event it dives to the ground, starts moving around at ground level and is invincible with admin radar showing it at full health again while still being on fire. It is also shooting at the player, the only way to remove it is to delete it from the map or wait until the event de spawns. I have tried reloading the plugin, and the problem even persist through a restart of the server..
