Data not wiped when map wiped.

If you set the config to "Allow for recycler credits to carry over across a map wipe?": false, when the map is wiped, the data should also be wiped. But in reality it is not. can you check it out?

I checked the code and it should work fine. It is likely the plugin wasn't loaded when the server wiped for whatever reason (it can bug some times).
