Something wrong with this plugin with new Rust update.

Battery will not charge with plugin installed, even with no permissions.

I am not experiencing any such issues with batteries, they all are charging just fine on the servers I've tested them on.

Unless you have some other plugin conflicting with it, theirs no reason why it shouldn't work.

You might not be able to reproduce it but as soon as I removed the plugin, it stopped happening.  I do have to use /remove tool and place the battery back down and it starts charging again.  It doesn't recharge again right away after removing plugin.

After I put the plugin back on, players batteries end up drained to 0 power and no longer charge up.

To reproduce the issue, it might require a full in-game day cycle going night back to day.    I've had users report it happen on both solar panels and windmills though.

I don't have any other power modifying plugins. I'd be happy to DM you a list.  Any other thoughts to troubleshoot?

In my tests i used windmills & had no issues charging them.

Unless you wish to discord message me your config file & to tell me the specific perms you've given out that players are experiencing this issue with, theirs likely no chance of me being able to re-create your issue.

I've created a couple perms & tried my own tests, it's most likely a plugin conflict more then an anything. I don't support the plugin called XD quest btw it is a known plugin conflict issue.

I'm using it as a skill.  It happens even when players dont have the permission yet.

I can 100% replicate the problem while this plugin is on, and 100% can't get it to break with this plugin disabled.

It does charge at first, but after an hour or two (1-2 game days), the battery shows Zero power, and not charging.

I don't use xD Quest, or any power line power plugin, or any other modifier.

I'll clone my pve server to my test server and only run this plugin to isolate the problem to this plugin (or not).

I don't support it being used by 3rd party plugins where the permission is constantly being add/revoked etc.. ( such as skill tree )

The plugin works flawlessly by its self.

If you are having a problem its most likely a plugin conflict / issue.

Btw ( skill tree ) revokes perms when you log-out which means anything you placed will be updated & remove all modifications to them.. ( this is something that plugin should not be doing )

In addition to this you still have not provided your config setup or a list of perms you have given the players so their is nothing more i can do to try and re-create your bug.

There is something wrong with your plugin.

All the skills plugin does is give permission.  Nothing else.

Your plugin worked fine last month.  When rust Updated in April, the problem started.

I removed this plugin and went with an alternative plugin and now the problem is gone.

Hope you resolve it so other people don't have this issue.
