Implementation of permission blocking

Could you create a system to block permissions for those who are attending the event? For example, when a person is at the event, you could block the use of teleportation and so on. In my case, the goal would be to block the revive button of a plugin that I have.

I saw that the blocking needs to be done by the Event Helper, if it's possible to implement it, for example, when the player enters, they have the permission "revive.use" removed, and when they leave, the same permission is restored. There should be a field in the configs to specify which permission to block, such as "revive.use". Thank you for your attention.
