Remove chat message from feed

Hello, i have this plugin and ever works perfectly, i would just want to deactivate the chat message in the chat feed

we are a low pop and i use my chat for basic server info

people can easily look at the map to see the available base

how can i deactivate those message in chat when a base as spawn ?
