Reopen panel not working

i have seen a thread on here about re opening the panel in game for players and i cant seem to find the command to open it i have tried /info etc i have looked through files and cant find anything can you share a screen shot of location.

/info is opening command by default, but before players are able to open it you need to select template first, can you confirm that you did it already?
