Recycler and refineries missing

Can't find recyclers or refineries on the map is this intentional?

Recyclers and refineries are baked into vanilla monuments, and I do not have the ability to remove or modify them, only add additional locations for placement. Are you using rustedit.dll and/or is it possible a plugin is interfering?

I can confirm that they are present on the map file as well as on my test server. I checked outpost airfield arctic research and both harbors.

Nothing is actually showing. No venders, recyclers, refineries. I have the RustEdit DLL... Maybe I need to do a map wipe? I dont think any plugins would be removing things from the map. I didnt have an issue with another map.

Edit: a map wipe fixed it. sorry about that.
