Option to disable heli from attacking other players and damaging their bases

Hey, we run a PvE server and would love to have the option to disable damage from the heli on other players and their bases. If it could be restricted to just the team that calls it, that would be amazing!

Also, I'm using 1.0.6 as I get an error thrown when using 1.0.7

A couple of people have had a similar error when trying to update to 1.0.7, it is something to do with a config value that is incorrect. Please backup your existing config, delete it from the server and then load 1.0.7 again. Then go back in and change the default config to match the values you want.

Thank you, if this could be added it will make it an outstanding plugin for our server! Our current heli plugin is a custom one built about 4 years ago, it's not had an update in a very long time
