Trains wont spawn

Trains wont spawn post Feb 2023 patch.....

you must be looking at train tracks when attempting to spawn or fetch any rail vehicle

I'll post a video - we've been using the plugin for a while and understand how it works and the requirement of being close to the tracks.

It either says you cant spawn one in water (which underground ok sure I guess there is water outside of the tunnels) and on the above ground it doesnt say anything when you do the command. 

it worked last month and all the months previously with no issue.
