New version not detected

Hi, 
UpdateChecker didn't notify me about a new Arkan version, as you can see from the picture or link: https://umod.org/plugins/arkan , and the below config, there is a new version released 4 days ago from now.
It did notify me about another plugin tho, so I am wondering if there is more that UpdateChecker is skipping from the checks.
