I really need help, i dont know whats wrong.

I typed a message but it didn't send.
There are many things that could cause your server to not connect.
- Wrong RCON password
- Wrong IP
- Wrong RCON port
- If you're on the same host for your bot and server possible internal firewall issue 
- etc*
