Moved services and not working anymore

Pending 2.6.6

I have moved server host recently. and moved all files including data and everything over to the new server. But now RB says there are no Copypaste file in any profile exists. But i know for damn sure that if i open the profile for example easy or normal raidable bases that all bases are in the config like they were on the previous server. there it still works. here it doesn't i don't understand right now.

Hello Nivex. All Raidable Bases are located in the Map you specified. And i even tried to re-add them using the rb.config add but still to no success. the bases just won't spawn.

I did every setup step the exact same way as i did for the other server and all files are in the same folder and have not been tampered with. so i'm not sure what i am doing wrong

ok, well it is saying that the base files do not exist in the copypaste folder so you'll have to figure out where you moved them to and move them where they belong, oxide/data/copypaste/

usually if it works on one server and you install it the same on another server and it doesn't work then it means you only thought you installed it the same. that is the case for this, as indicated by it saying it does not exist. if it did then it wouldn't say that

unless! you do not have file permissions for some odd reason (applicable to Linux server only) then you can set the file permissions to 777 to fix it

but also, if using Linux then you must make certain that libgdiplus is installed on the machine. it is a library for linux.

thought from the looks of it the issue is the files were moved to the wrong directory so just make sure they are where they belong and those messages will stop saying file does not exist then

Hello nivex. I think you are right about the permissions being borked up. All RB Files did have the 644 permissions. I had to manually change them 1 by 1 to the 777 permission and am now restarting the server. Hopefully that has resolved the issue. I checked if the files are in the oxide/data/copypaste folder and they are all in. So this should resolve any issues i had but will confirm it when i am absolutely sure that everything is "Back to normal"

Looks like i have identified the issues. It was the Permissions that where borked and the libgdiplus is missing. I have notified my host about this because i have no root access to resolve this. Thank you For the assistance Nivex!

glad to know that was the issue! very common for linux users unfortunately. they can resolve this by updating their software, this has been fixed since Wings version 1.5.6, and they need to properly configure their permissions

Hello nivex, my server host installed the lib but it’s still not working. Could it be permission related from the dependency? And how do i explain my hosting company how to resolve it. Because i still get the same error that not a single base is “loaded” in correctly
